How long does setup take? +
Provisioning completes in under 60 seconds after Stripe confirmation. You'll receive panel credentials by email.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes. Open the billing panel (Payments), choose your server, and use Change plan to move RAM/thread tiers. Upgrades may charge a prorated amount when you confirm; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Need help? Open a ticket.
What games do you support? +

Can I install custom mods and plugins? +
Full file access via SFTP/FTP and in-panel uploads. Install any supported mod, plugin, or custom JAR.
What is your refund policy? +
48-hour refund window on your first paid invoice when the service is unusable, matching the billing panel. See SLA for service credits.
How do I access my server? +
Go to panel.graynodes.com, reset your password using your checkout email, and start your server. Connect via the assigned IP or free subdomains.
